Our recruitment process Recruiting and Building Relationships
Step 1: Prequalification
Our experienced recruiters will have to go through the resumes submitted by candidates before then conducting aptitude tests and interviews. After shortlisting, we will then link up the candidate with the hiring manager of your company.
Step 2: Scheduling for interview
Our recruiting team will arrange an interview with the manager of our client’s company at a very convenient time.
Step 3: Feedback
After receiving the feedback from our client regarding the candidate’s application status, we will then communicate this back to the candidate. Our recruiting team will need this feedback so as to properly understand your needs and requirements for the candidate you hope to employ.
Step 4: Selection process
After providing you with HR experts who will form your interview panel, we will then go ahead to negotiate and select the candidate
whose profile fits the available job.
Step 5:Contract signing
At your request, we will prepare offer of employment as well as employment contract and also intimate the selected candidate about the policy guiding your company.
Step 6 : Endorsement
We will supply all document that will be needed by the employee.
Step 7 : Hand over to your recruiting manager:
Once the right candidate has been selected through our vigorous recruitment process, we will furnish your recruiting manager with all needed details regarding the new staff.
