Here are some ways you’ll make an impact:
- Manage full-cycle recruiting for technical/IT roles/Non IT roles (software engineering, data analytics, machine learning, etc). This includes sourcing passive candidates, conducting and coordinating candidate interviews, offer negotiations, and managing the recruitment process with multiple stakeholders
- Understand business needs and partner with hiring managers to develop strategic plans for recruiting candidates who are aligned to Course HRGP’s values
- Track, analyze, and report on hiring progress metrics to leadership on a regular cadence
- Collaborate with other Talent team members to refine our recruiting process so we can hire better and faster
- Identify and attract candidates with diverse backgrounds and implement best practices around inclusion throughout our interview process
Skills Required
- 2+ years of experience in technical/IT recruiting
- An eye for process improvement and data driven
- Experience partnering with hiring managers to come up with an effective recruiting strategy
- Strong proactive communication, both verbal and written
- Passion for building teams and delivering an exceptional candidate experience
